Real twilight

I shoot after sunset with every light on inside, on the best evening within a week of your shoot. The glow in the windows and the sky are real. It’s not a daytime photo turned blue in editing.

Drone photos

The roof, the lot, the street and what’s nearby, shot by an FAA-certified pilot.

Rental listings

A shorter shoot for homes going up for rent: 15 to 25 photos of every room and the outside, delivered by 6 pm the next day, so the home doesn’t sit empty waiting for pictures.

Questions agents ask

Where do you shoot?

I’m based in Cedar Park and shoot in Leander, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and North and Northwest Austin. Farther than 20 miles from Cedar Park, travel is $50 per zone.

When do I get the photos?

By 6 pm the next day. Twilight photos follow the day after the twilight shoot. If you need the day photos the same evening, it’s +$60.

What’s the difference between real and virtual twilight?

Virtual twilight is a daytime photo with a new sky added in editing. I shoot real twilight after sunset with the lights on, so the glow in the windows and on the lawn is really there.

What if the sky is dull?

Real twilight needs a clear or partly cloudy sky, and some weeks the sky is flat. I watch the forecast, pick the best evening within 7 days of your shoot and message you the day before. If it isn’t right, we move it at no charge. A bright orange sunset is a bonus, and I can’t promise it.

What if it rains?

I move the shoot to another day at no charge.

Can you cancel or reschedule?

Yes, free until the day before the shoot. Same-day cancellations are 50%.

Can you legally fly a drone over the property?

Yes. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and get airspace approval before every flight near an airport.

Who owns the photos?

I keep the copyright. You get a license to use the photos to market this listing: on MLS, on your website and on social media.

What if I don’t like the photos?

If you’re not happy with the photos from your first shoot with me, tell me within 48 hours. You don’t pay, and the photos aren’t used.

How do I pay?

Card, Zelle or Venmo. I send the invoice with the photos, and it’s due within 7 days.
